We utilise our Project and Commercial experience of working within the Romanian’s leading construction companies, with the technical expertise of our joint venture partners to ensure careful planning and efficient execution of works to deliver projects efficiently, safely and successfully.

 

We Project Manage all areas of scheme scheduling, personnel and if required sub-contracting, regularly communicating our progress with the client by means of weekly and monthly progress meetings, Cost and Value Reconciliation meetings and visits to clients, throughout all stages of a project.

 

All of our work is documented and reported in line with our certified Quality Management System and a project handover package ensures a seamless project from inception to sign off by client.
